1. The service

• Listings are collected from sources such as Naukri, Shine, Adzuna and company applicant-tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby). Each listing is attributed to its source.
• Applications are completed on the source's own website, under that site's terms. We never submit an application on your behalf and we never charge candidates a fee.
• Optional account features (resume matching, application tracking, browser-extension autofill) are provided as tools, not as a placement guarantee.

2. Accuracy and availability

• We validate apply links before display and periodically re-check them, but a posting can close, change or be removed at any time. The source posting is always the authoritative version.
• Match scores, keyword coverage and similar outputs are indicative estimates produced by an automated engine. They are not a prediction of an interview or a job offer, and they are not advice.
• We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
• We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other users.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its API beyond normal personal use, and do not attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
• Do not submit false applications, misrepresent your identity, or use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not resell, mirror or republish our aggregated dataset without written permission.

5. Intellectual property and your data

• The AutoJobStack name, site, extension and original content belong to us.
• Job listings, company names and logos belong to their respective sources and employers, and are shown for identification and job-search purposes.
• Your resume and profile remain yours. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the features you use (for example parsing, matching and autofill). See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled and deleted.

6. Paid features

Some features may be offered on a paid basis in future. Where that happens, the price, billing cycle, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you pay, and will form part of these terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current, complete, lawful or still open, nor that using the service will result in interviews or employment.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of aggregated listings or automated match scores.

8. Changes, termination and governing law

• We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
• You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
