Grievance Redressal
This page explains how to raise a formal complaint about AutoJobStack — the website, the
JobCrack ATS browser extension, an indexed listing, or the handling of your data.
We aim to acknowledge within 24–48 hours and to resolve within 15 days.
How to file a grievance
Email: grievance@autojobstack.com
Subject line: Grievance — <short description>
Officer: the Grievance Officer is reachable at the address above.
What to include
- Your name and a working email address for the reply.
- The exact URL, listing title, or extension version the complaint is about.
- A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshot, message ID, timestamps).
What we can and cannot act on
- We can: correct or remove an indexed listing, fix attribution, investigate extension behaviour, correct data we hold about you, or explain how a score was produced.
- We cannot: change an application's outcome or status, contact an employer on your behalf, or compel a source website to reinstate or withdraw a posting. Those requests belong with the employer or the source site — but we will remove a listing from our index on request.
Requests from source sites and employers
If you operate a job board, ATS, or are an employer whose posting appears in our index and you want it
corrected, re-attributed or removed, email the same address with your relationship to the posting and the
URL. Removal is applied to the index and the sitemap at the next rebuild.
Data protection requests
For access, correction or deletion of your personal data, follow the process in the
Privacy Policy. Those requests are handled within 30 days.
Escalation
If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within the timelines above, reply to the same email
thread with the subject line Escalation — <original subject> so it is routed for a second review.
Nothing here limits any statutory right you may have.
